**We offer this service for a minimum of 2 rooms
Layout, furniture selection, decorative accents, colors, fabrics, and linens.
Full styling and setup provided.

At Savannah's Home and Design, we provide a design + build service so that you, as the client, will not have to worry about anything. We will handle the permits and architect plans when required.
FF&E SPECIFICATION
Leveraging our industry knowledge; we source, quality check, and specify all the lighting, furniture, finishes, and equipment for your project, working with our long brand list + suppliers, and manufacturers to suit your budget.

We offer 3D visualization to our clients during the renovation process. The 3D renderings enable you, as the client to see your space before the space is realized, turning your vision into augmented reality.

7 Key Work Stages
1. INQUIRY
First step is to fill out the contact us form on our website below. You'll be sent a questionnaire to get to know you, your family and needs. We are also after understanding your personality and interests.
4. DESIGN MEETING
Courtney will review all ideas, layouts, selections, and colors for you. This is a combination of visuals, materials, sketches, and when needed renderings. Renderings at times may come later. This phase of the process is very fluid. We share ideas and collaborate to create a shared vision.
7. CONSTRUCTING AND BUILDING
of the project begin. We work closely with our in-house build team to insure the timely fashion and successful implementation of our design along with the installation and commissioning of all the associated FF&E.
2. DISCOVERY CALL
Courtney or you can request a complimentary discovery once completing the questionnaire. This allows time for you to learn more about us and answer any questions you may have. We also like to use this tool to learn more about your project.
5. CONSTRUCTION MEETING

3. INITIAL CONSULTATION
our first in person meeting to talk about your needs, project and further learn more about you. This meeting takes place in your home. Courtney will meet with you, take some photos and preliminary measurements.
6. ORDERING AND SOURCING
our clients provide their desired payment method to order materials. This may include tile, lighting and all furniture and decor. All receipts are provided to you for your records. Any trade discounts will be extended to you. All our vendors provide our clients their most competitive pricing due to our long history and continued work with them. We allow our clients to reap the benefits of our strong vendor relationships.
