Home For The Holidays With The Pecchia’s

A Siesta Key home with major laid-back vibes is decked out for the holidays…

Chris and Tracey Pecchia knew their home on Winding way in Siesta key was meant to be their home immediately.

Tracey ( a local blogger) and transplant from Rhode Island, bought their home with her husband Chris in 2020, site unseen.

This couple sought some much-needed refuge in siesta key at the height of the pandemic. This was a dream come true for this couple, who had never imagined buying a beach home in siesta key.

With its stunning high ceilings and detail, original Terrazzo flooring, and dream backyard it was no surprise they put an offer in without ever stepping foot in the home!

Tracey envisioned bringing in a very laid-back bohemian, beachy style that complimented the home.

Now over two years later, this is the place they call home, and they spend their holidays with their children and grandbabies.

Nowadays, they enjoy their incredible pool, sitting by the turtle pond in the backyard and living the authentic island life.

Family and making memories are of uttermost importance to Chris and Tracey.

“This Christmas, the whole family will come from Indiana (daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren) to spend the holidays at the beach. The kids absolutely love the house. I went all out decorating for the kids this year and even got a real 8-foot tree! From rides on the decorated golf cart to the beach and the village to watching Christmas movies and having dance parties, the house is now a complete home!” - Tracey

The home exudes an airy, laid-back siesta at its best. Nothing is too precious in this home and is meant to lived in and enjoyed. You can see the time and curation of thoughtful pieces that were chosen over the last two years. Everything is collected yet connected. Tassels, texture, and color mixed with earthy materials and an overall calm disposition. It’s as sunny and happy as these two beautiful homeowners.

Savannah's home and design had the honor of making updates to their home in 2021, and it continues to be a project close to our hearts.

Thank you for inviting us back to your home for the holiday season!
