Oak engineered flooring paired with custom built oak cabinetry and oak interior doors gave this home a fresh modern look. A custom built fireplace and beams define the living space. In addition to a completely remodeled staircase and the addition of a dry bar the homes layout was strategically refined. A custom built oven wall separates the kitchen and office and reimagined larger guest bathroom.

A blend of modern meets coastal is displayed through the use of oak, fluted details, handmade tile and a light and airy feel contrasted by sleek deep tones.
The primary bathroom layout was reconfigured to offer a new floor plan. Designed with a wet room shower and tub combination in mind while maintaining an expansive primary closet; this new layout captures the homes views from the primary bathroom.
