This Ones for the Girls
We infused some New England character in this builder grade home located in the community of Savanna in Lakewood ranch.
This family from New England embraced the Florida lifestyle but missed the character of their former home.
Their two daughters sitting in front of their old stone fireplace inspired the entire design.
We recreated a stone fireplace with built ins for their book collection. A blend of coastal, airy, rustic and earthy materials were sourced to highlight the farm-coast feel of New England.
Their kitchen saw a full remodel with custom cabinetry, countertops, tile and a custom hood. A full custom pantry provided much needed organization for a family that loves to cook. A custom baguette packs in ample seating
A built in wine bar provides entertaining opportunity for guests and our clients wine collection. Two framed portraits of Turks and Caicos (the families favorite place to vacation) hangs in their dining room. A welcoming entryway, dining room, furniture, fabric and textiles finished off the space. A myriad of neutrals, textures and organic materials create a serene and family friendly environment. A blend of nostalgic memories and their present come together to honor their families history and story.
