This office space on Merchant in Lakewood Ranch was very compartmentalized.
Our goal was to infuse the space with warmth, comfortability and functional style. We wanted it to look pulled together but still approachable. Rustic paired with refined elements walked the balance of comfortable professionalism we sought after.
Luxury vinyl plank was laid throughout this commercial space to add warmth but is durable in a high traffic space.
Paint in addition to light fixtures and a total ceiling redesign provided this space a much needed fresh look. The large conference room anchors the entire space with its overarching wood beam and grand fixture.
A kitchen and break room allows for extra storage and private space for the team to enjoy.
Comfortable furniture and full styling in a myriad of neutral colors and textures gave a more homey feel to a commercial space.
