A focus on adding charm to this home was of importance to us. We flipped this home in under 3 months and it sold within 10 days for over asking price. It was our introduction to the community and truly solidified the start of our business here.
This home required a lot of love. Opening up the kitchen to the main living area was essential to earning top dollar on resale.
We also turned a utility laundry room into a full bathroom and laundry room off the main living area. The exterior received a remodel as well; we added various some rustic touches. Carlin was my first client in many ways on this project. It’s entirely his style and I used that as inspiration.
