We were delighted to update our client’s home by reimagining the exterior. This home, located in Lakewood Ranch, was in dire need of a new color palette. We brought a calming coastal feel paired with leaning into the home’s existing architectural style; gave it a modern European look that our clients love.

This residence features a bright, textural exterior with a blend of painted creamy white stucco, quarry limestone, and subtle architectural arches that nod to Mediterranean influence while remaining rooted in contemporary Florida design.

The symmetry of the front elevation feels timeless, softened by lush tropical landscaping that introduces movement and depth. The home’s clean lines and tonal palette make it feel both grounded and elevated, a true reflection of quiet luxury sensibility — a SHD signature.

Black-framed lantern lighting and sleek, minimal house numbers lend contrast and structure, echoing the sophistication found in European façades.

The blend of clean lines, dark accents, and stone evoke an old-world European quality but executed with a refined modern simplicity.
