FEATURED IN

This home pairs modern and patina in such an interesting way that reflects Lola White and Jeff Gundersen’s style and story.

This home showcases 30 years of travel, family heirlooms and history that feels new side by side with contemporary pieces.

This project evokes so much emotion. There is so much love and attention poured into every last detail; no space was left untouched.

This entire home from the exterior to the interior were reimagined to capture our clients vision for their lives.

An open floor plan allows for entertaining, light to bounce around the home and the illusion of a larger foot print. Engineered oak flooring was installed throughout their entire home that laid the foundation for a timeless rustic aesthetic.

All the walls in the main living areas were removed and a once formal dining room was reimagined. Lola and Jeff are coffee lovers and connect each morning and afternoon over their espressos. A formal coffee bar was dedicated for morning and afternoon cappuccinos and more importantly; connection.

This home is meant to inspire the desire to linger a little longer; to slow down and enjoy. To add romance to even the most mundane of daily activities.

A lounge area for entertaining guests is perfectly situated in front of the lanai and pool. All custom made cabinetry, mirrors, glass and shelving were used.

The existing awkward corner pantry was removed and replaced with a custom mudroom. Stained red oak was custom built for a bench and smart shelving allowing for storage and function.

The kitchen-the heart of the home is a European dream. A wall pantry now exists within the footprint of the kitchen. A massive island allows for more storage and total entertainment capability. A focus on function and maximizing storage paired with high end design was the focus for this kitchen. Quartz not only sits on their stunning island but extends to their kitchen wall adding drama to their oak and Swiss coffee cabinetry.

The custom built European enclave provides a beautiful focal point in the middle of two oversized burnished silver chandeliers.

Spice enclaves were added on each side of the hood for more function and storage.

A small bit impactful laundry room provides ample storage and organization. Soapstone look quartz countertops and cream cabinetry continue the European meets modern aesthetic.

Instead of a formal dining room, the Banquette provides casual seating and dining along with a stunning view of their pool.

The family room is casual while elegant. A cozy performance fabric Arhaus sofa is perfect for lounging.

Oversized lighting provided the drama and grandness we desired for this home.

It a push and pull of elegant-rustic splendor that feels like home and a place of respite.

The drama continues into the primary suite and primary bedroom.

Porcelain hugs the entire left wall running into their grand wet room housing their tub and shower. An oversized chandelier sits above their tub along with all bronzed fixtures. The feel of both contemporary and old world are in a decadent dance here.

The primary bedroom is dramatic. Tricorn black envelopes their bedroom providing a cozy vibe that feels luxurious. Feminine and curved furniture juxtaposed by the dark masculine walls is so unexpected.

The pool bathroom is meant to give you all the spa vibes. A play on the couples Mexico trips and a focus on wellness were the inspiration. A full steam shower is the perfect option for decompressing and rejuvenating. The textured and ribbed stone tile and oak cabinetry provide a total calm disposition.

The guest bathroom is a bit edgier with its striking light fixtures, patina tile and gives a moodier vibe.

Their home library doubles as a work area but also a casual parlor.

The custom built in library showcases their glass and treasured pieces as well as a minimal work area for each of them.

We were so honored to reimagine this home to suit our clients needs and stage of life focused on travel, wellness, family and slowing down.
