We had the pleasure of helping to design and renovate this mom for our dear friend Ashley.
She and her family live in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Sarasota.
The overall vibe for this home was Southern charm meets Coastal.
A shade of crisp white paint started out the renovation. Followed by engineered hardwood pine floors laid throughout the home and the staircase saw a refresh with paint.
The kitchen was totally transformed with updated white cabinetry, an intricate backsplash tile, brass gold fixtures and gold quartz countertops.
The update extended into the adjoining dining and family room. Paint and updated fixtures went a long way in addition to styling and added accents.
The primary bathroom received updated finishes and fun blue tile that extended to the ceiling in a Chevron pattern.
The exterior also saw a mini refresh with part of the front porch being re-built. As well as a very welcoming front door color. This porch makes you want to sip sweet tea.
Our clients took DIY to another level by re-doing their guest bathroom, laundry room and outdoor kitchen themselves!
This home feels cozy, livable and yet elegant.
