Longview Circle

A full primary and guest bathroom remodel and design in Lakewood ranch.
We were honored to be invited back by this repeat customer to tackle their largest projects yet.

It’s all in the details in these bathrooms.

The primary bathroom saw a full cosmetic remodel. Improving upon the existing footprint; we removed a wall and allowed the large shower to feel a bit more spa-like. The marble hexagon floor adds a modern yet classy foundation. White porcelain tile encompasses the walls and ceiling of the oversized walk-in shower. Blue painted custom his and her vanities hug each wall. Thibaut wallpaper adds a fun moment to the back wall that blends into the countertops. Delta plumbing fixtures in champagne bronze add a subtle warmth and elegance to the space.

In the guest bathroom, it’s a bit more playful. A bathroom for guests and a young boy is a play on nautical that feels grown up. A bold blue zeilge tile mingles with concrete-look countertops. A wood-tone vanity gives just enough depth paired with porcelain floor tile. Polished nickel finishes add a little refinement but still feel casual for this space. Vertical shiplap and hooks take advantage of an empty wall with a stunning watercolor print.
