Home for the Holidays

This new construction home represents so much to our clients. It symbolizes a fresh start revealed right after Christmas and the new year!
We couldn’t help ourselves and surprised our clients with a Christmas tree and gifts to welcome them home. We extended Christmas a little longer for them…

This family began working with us after years of displacement and several moves caused by mold in their previous home. They have dealt with the after-effects and health challenges since then. It has been a very painful loss to the family. They have never felt at home anywhere they have lived since then. So it was very much our goal for their house to represent them and feel like home.

Our clients built their dream home selecting all standard selections and allowed Savannahs home and design to add the upgrades. We elevated every area of the home by adding character, higher-quality materials, and craftsmanship. From upper glass cabinetry to modifying the laundry room.

Custom details were added to this home from a built-in fireplace, beams, stone, paint, cabinetry and lighting. Full interior design and furnishings completed the home that is both livable and elegant. The family loves to entertain and spend quality time together so a focus on livability and comfort is interwoven.

Our goal focused on adding textures, performance fabrics, a mix of wood species, and finishes to warm up the home. Glazed zeilge tile hugs the fireplace while arches soften the surrounding clean lines. Oversized lighting and European touches add a touch of elegance to an otherwise modern home. The den is a workspace to two young girls for art and homework. The flex room boasts ample room for guests and doubles as a casual hangout. Each girl's bedroom is playful and reflective of their personality. From a laid-back surfer vibe to modern feminine…they are each equally fun.

The primary bedroom is relaxing and leads to a tranquil spa bathroom. A focus on appealing to all our client's senses creates a calming space through the use of color, texture, and breathable fabrics.

We are so excited for our clients on this journey and excited to watch them bring life into their home
