A reimagined laundry room and fireplace in a traditional coastal design located in Sarasota Florida.
A laundry room was fully gutted and installed with new custom cabinets, handmade tile, a farmhouse porcelain sink, marble countertops, and fixtures. It lent to our clients a more traditional coastal style relying on timeless colors and elegant fixtures.
Storage was utilized through closed cabinets and open cubbies. Polished nickel hooks and board and batten were added to enhance the space and provide extra hanging storage for towels. A pull-down hanging ladder bar was added for some extra hanging and drying.
A fully designed built in and fireplace was added in our clients sitting room.
Bookcases and detailed molding hugs an electric fireplace with marble chevron tile.
