Fairway Hacienda

We turned this once dated condo into a Hacienda-influenced home.
Minimal, airy, a focus on texture, wood tones, raw materials and comfort was key here.

Much of the furniture that came with the home we repurposed. Our clients got their hands dirty by painting some of the existing pieces. Combining vintage finds, Etsy, and creative thrifting gave this home a curated look. A minimal restraint emphasized this home's natural light and beauty. Nothing is too fussy or precious for an active family of three. We took inspiration from Tulum, Mexico, and accentuated the Spanish influence already in this home. Stone tile, black countertops, and earthy materials stayed but saw a massive shift with the new feel and color palette. Organic and earthy. A feeling of well-being and being centered around family and health. A family arts and crafts zone mingles with cozy oversized lounging, and the breakfast nook is perfection with the light streaming through.
