Our second investment property in Florida. This farmhouse was again gutted and although in better condition then Rosyln Ave it took 3 months to complete. Our approach with every investment property is very opposite of what most people think or do. We sought to personalize it. Cookie cutter homes are a dime a dozen here…we specialize in custom. How can I make you remember this home? How can I create a feeling? Well the feeling caught fire. This home became the jumping board for our transition to client focused design and remodeling.
