Wabi Sabi Family Room

This family of four sought refuge from the Canadian cold winters to plant roots in Florida.
Their home while in a great location and neighborhood was stuck in the early 2000s.

The first order of business was paint and flooring. A crisp shade of white freshened up the entire home along with engineered oak floors.

The family room began the next phase. A formal  tv wall was imagined focusing on enclosed storage while creating modern warmth in the home. A pairing of wabi sabi influence and rustic-industrial elements created a unique vision. Clean lines paired with an overall warm aesthetic and a calm disposition.

Washable fabrics and leather allow this family to enjoy their space while plentiful storage hides games in a refined way.

Thank you to George and Byron for your amazing craftsmanship.
