- Submit an inquiry form and you will receive an email by Courtney Petrin within 3 days.
- A discovery call will be booked with client to discuss the project.
- Submit photos of your area or areas to Courtney via email or provide on Google drive folder prior to contract being drafted.
- A contract will be drafted for review and signature. A 75 percent Deposit is required.
- Procurement of styling items will be sourced and sent to the client for purchasing by the client. Client will be in charge of own budget and all ordering.
- All items will be delivered to your home.
- We request that the client unbox and unpack all decor pieces in advance and assess for any damage.
- We source from many vendors online including pottery barn, west elm, crate and barrel, Arhaus, target, Amazon and many more. All sourcing is completed online by Courtney for the convenience of ordering for client.

- Once everything has arrived.
- An install day will be scheduled.
- At install day I will arrive to your home and do a quick walk through and assessment.
- Within a few hours, we’ll be in touch to invite you back into your refreshed space.

- Cancellation
- A cancellation fee of 100 dollars will be incurred when a client cancels without rebooking or rescheduling their install day.
